This guideline was published by the University of Groningen, I am not sure they had disaster management organizations in mind when creating this guide. This guide looks like something one would use during a very general social media workshop. The tag says beginner, which is good, but I don’t think that this will be very useful for practitioners who have likely already learned about the uses of social media before being hired as a practitioner. What do the others think?
