The JRC should be moved from Research to international networks of policy and decision makers
Following the description of JRS “The Joint Research Centre (JRC) is the European Commission’s science and knowledge service which employs scientists to carry out research in order to provide independent scientific advice and support to EU policy” in my opinion they are more researchers which support the Decision makers rather than decision makers themselves
